合格人員將會發放研習證明書，證書製作工作天數公告後約需1個月時間
證書領取方式：教師及學生請至系所辦，助理及校外人士請至環安室，附醫人員請至附醫職安室領取
研究生將協助送畢業學分抵免，
若有遺漏者請盡速跟環安室聯絡
The certificate will be ready within one month.
To receive the certificate:
Students should go to the department office,
and other personnel should go to the Environmental Safety Office of the main campus to receive the certificate.
